TULSA, Okla. -- The Tulsa Oilers officially announced today that Taylor Hall, the team's player assistant coach for the team's first four seasons in the CHL, would become the team's general manager. He replaces Corey MacIntyre, who left the team at the end of the 2007-2008 season.
