Prohockeynews at the Continental Cup Finals

GRENOBLE, FRANCE - Pro Hockey News will be covering the final round of the Continental Cup LIVE from the Grenoble ice stadium in France.

Pro Hockey News's "Big Dave", of "Big Dave Sez..." fame, will once again be bringing live coverage of the event via Steel Night Live which can be found here

The Sheffield Steelers from the UK will be taking on Red Bull Salzburg from from Austria, Belorussian side Yunost Minsk and the hosts Grenoble Brûleurs de Loups.

The Steelers are in action from the 15th Jan with their schedule as follows:



15th - Sheffield Steelers V Grenoble (8pm CET)

16th - Sheffield Steelers V Salzburg (4pm CET)

17th - Sheffield Steelers V Minsk (4pm CET).



The Steelers will be going into the tournament light on numbers Rod Sarich has confirmed he will be out for up to 6 weeks with a foot injury, however it is reported a replacement defenceman will be flying in as cover. It is not likely that the new player will be here in time for the Continental Cup games.

The recently departed Sheffield Scimitar Stephen Wallace may feature for the Steelers, along with some other youngsters from the English Premier League side.
